Appalling customer service. Don't bother
Purchased underwear on line. One pair had a small hole and I contacted Customer Services only to be told they would not accept my claim as it was not a manufacturing defect. I sent pictures to prove it and they just didn't want to know

One of the worsts customer services I have experienced! I purchased a denim from them and the pocket started to rip off. I fixed it myself first but then it ripped off again and that is when I decided to reach out to their customer service. After almost a month, they mentioned that they can't do anything.

I ordred some trainers and had to wait ages for delivery and on top of that useless UPS...when i eventually got the trainers they are the wrong size...

So i ordered a size 10...they came a 44.5...now i'm told i was wrong for not looking at "their" size chart...and i'm a shoemaker...yes you're all think a size 10 is a 44 right...oh no not with Diesel...they have their very own special size chart...absolute d heads to say the very least and i won't be ordering anything online from them again...just not worth the hassle...so now i have to take them to a UPS collection point and wait it out...never ever ever will i do business with such a dopey company...

I recently bough a diesel watch as a birthday gift for my brother. He absolutely loves the design and functionality. And I love how the price is affordable and makes it an ideal gift for friends and family.

*** AVOID this store and their greedy salespeople at all costs. F**ck U Diesel! They would not accept a return of cheap low quality $600 sneakers I brought from the previous day even with receipts, until I threatened to never ever buy from Diesel ever again. INFURUATING! Better service and customer-oriented policies at Guess, Prada, LV, Boss, Armani, Versace, and Gucci. Get better value and quality ELSEWHERE. This store sells sh**t. Levi's is a million times better.

This sales clerk even tries to avoid honouring their own return return policy at this store. Diesel is not to be trusted! I am filing a lawsuit next week.

Additional information which I explained to them: I am 54 and old and tired, and wanted to help my young, 25 year old friend with clothes because he is extremely poor and lives in a favella slum in Peru. The first salesperson from the day before seduced my friend into desiring these sneakers. I was unaware of the cost because I am Canadian, but I paid because they strongly enticed my friend who is poor and mesmerized. they took advantage of him
. I could not even convert BRL to Canadian dollars because I was so tired. After I found out the cost when the credit card company concerted it to Canadian currency and realized that if my friend wore those sneakers which DID NOT EVEN FIT HIM PROPERLY, he would be assaulted and robbed because that has happened to him before for his phone. Even explaining this situation, the greedy sales clerk refused to refund despite their stated refund policy. THIS IS THE ETHICS and INTEGRITY of DIESEL. They do NOT care about you as a person. They want your money. They do not care if the shoes fit, or if you get attacked, or if you are poor.

DIESEL has the ethics and values of Abercrombie and Fitch! BAN DIESEL. DONT BUY DIESEL. BOYCOTT Diesel.

Diesel jeans is looking good right now under Glen Martins?. I’ve got a couple of items from them now and I’m really happy. I’ve got the new Prototype sneakers, expensive shoes but nothing quite like them elsewhere, a real statement sneaker with a cool design, and also got the 1955 destroyed jeans in light blue which are amazing and worth a try if your looking for a good stack at the bottom of your leg. These jeans are high waisted, straight leg a little loose and a fair bit longer than the advertised length would have you believe hence the stack. I ordered a couple of different sizes to get the right one, returned the remainder and have received full refunds on all my returned orders.
They also do a Jean called the D-fining that is crazily distressed. So good!! and I really appreciate the design and work that’s gone into these. Well expensive though and not really for me but I did try them, not long enough for me or I might have kept them. Go Diesel!!

Unbelievably bad. Two pairs of jeans ordered. One pair returned within five days of being received. Acknowledged by Diesel. No refund paid as per their timescales. Contact in calls and E mails had company cite technical issues. Eventually forced to raise this with my Card Company. Two months after jeans returned and now aware card company involved Diesel offered a refund.

19 days later stil no refund of returned item! There is nothing much to say about it! Take the money quick enough, keep it as long as possible!

This site is a scam. There's no reply email or order confirmation. They just took the money!

Jewellery ordered 4 Dec, not arrived. UPS can’t find it. Diesel avoid resolving by blaming UPS. Shocking customer service. They have not fulfilled their obligation and are illegally keeping my money. Really interesting how many have this same problem…too much coincidence!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never order anything from them again. £101 order Xmas present ordered 11/12, delivery due 18th then 23rd then 24th then lost!!! Both UPS and diesel totally useless and lacking in comms. Received acknowledgment from ups that a claim has been approved but diesel still will not give me my money back!! now the 11th Jan still no refund and they don’t send replacements so still no Xmas present ? fuming is not the word, it’s also takes them 2/3 days to reply to emails with a basic standard repsonse “we remain at your complete disposal” joke evidently not a customer centric business!

Have wasted so much time with these fools already,so will keep this brief. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.

I wish they didn't use Ups as their delivery service. Everytime i order from diesel Ups take forever to deliver my item. I placed and order on 31st December. I had an email from Ups on 4th January 2022 to say my parcel would be delivered on the 5th January. Then the next day Ups emailed me to say my delivery has been rescheduled. Now when i track it, it says that the sender hasnt sent it yet. This happens EVERY time i order from diesal.
